Bookkeeper/Operations/Customer Success Representative

We are a Venture-Backed SaaS company facing the mountain of significant growth and looking for a key member to focus on operations and tier-one customer success. We’re looking for a high energy, hands-on individual to join the Viewpath team. We all wear many hats and you will too. As a part of this position, you will be required to manage internal operations across the quote to cash process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include functions related bookkeeping/accounting, administration assistance, customer success and operation (a real all-rounder). The successful candidate must have the ability to operate effectively while working independently, and have fun doing it! This role reports to the VP of Product & Customer Success, and will also work closely with our CEO.

  • As part of our dynamic start-up (where we wear many hats), you will be primarily responsible for the bookkeeping and financial administration of the business. In addition to this, there will be a customer success and operational focus to the role as outlined below:
    • All aspects of being a full charge bookkeeper/administrative assistant:
    • Proficient in QuickBooks (Pro/Online) in order to manage the full AP/AR process and to balance month end closing
    • Produce financial reports on a monthly basis
    • Reconcile, maintain and balance bank accounts and credit cards
    • Manage employee expenses
    • Billing, collections, quote generation and invoicing (along with answering any customer questions that relate to those topics)
    • Process account changes, manual charges and user upgrades/downgrades
    • Reconcile and resolve sales and billing information between multiple systems
    • Customer Success Representative:
    • Develop a good understanding of Viewpath’s offerings
    • Capture, document, and report on various activities, collating data from multiple systems.
    • Assist the VP of Customer Success with Tier 1 customer support tickets
    • Assist with projects as they relate to customer success/operations as needed
  • QuickBooks and Bookkeeping experience required
  • Exemplary phone and customer services skills
  • Team player with grit, determination with a strong ability to FSO/GSD
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and objective in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Two years minimum experience with data entry, Excel and Word
  • Entrepreneurial and Coachable mindset
  • Salesforce, Hubspot and Recurly experience will be highly regarded
