Customer Success Specialist
Description

Customer Success Specialists are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for all customers. You will also communicate with sales and product teams to ensure flawless execution of the support and implementation process.

Customer Success is absolutely vital to our long-term profitability. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving value from our service. We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to work with us in realizing this vision. In this role, you will respond promptly to all customer inquiries, submit customer improvement requests to the development team, and ensure the best customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from enterprise customers through our website chat and to our support email address
  • Track customer improvement requests and whether they have been addressed, reporting weekly on any outstanding requests from customers
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative team member
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Some experience in the technology space preferred, but not necessary
  • Experience with Zendesk preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
