Viewpath.com Privacy Statement
At Viewpath we respect and protect the privacy of our customers on the viewpath.com web site (the "Site"). We have created this privacy statement ("Statement") as part of our commitment to customer privacy. Because we collect information from our Site, we use this Statement to provide our practices on information collection and use. We reserve the right to make changes to this Statement and will provide notification of any material changes at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect.

Information Collection and Use
In order to access the primary services ("Services") of Viewpath, we collect personally identifiable enrollment information on customers such as customer name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and where appropriate, collect billing information, such as billing name, address, and credit card number. Customers can update their personal enrollment information once they are logged into the Site. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password. We follow industry-standard SSL security safeguards to protect our customer's personal information from unauthorized access; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security because no method of data transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage are absolutely secure.

We use personal information to operate and improve our Service delivery. These uses may include research to augment our Service offerings; enhance customer care; and develop online advertising that is customized to customer interests and preferences. We may track non-identifying statistical information about our user-base and provide this aggregated information (not identified with individual users) to third parties.

We also use personal information to communicate with customers. We may send required communications such as welcome letters, product updates, billing reminders, and service-related announcements. We communicate with customers in response to inquires, provide requested services, and to manage customer accounts. We may occasionally send customer surveys and special offers such as web-based training events by our company or partners. Customers can stop email delivery of promotional offerings by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email.

When we contract with other companies to delivery limited services on our behalf, such as processing credit card transactions, providing adjunct customer support, or managing customer surveys. Those companies are contractually required to maintain confidentially of our personally identifiable information to perform specified services, and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We may access and/or disclose personal information if we believe that it is necessary to: a) comply with a law or legal process served on Viewpath; b) protect and defend the rights or property of Viewpath (including the enforcement of our agreements)

If a user elects to use our referral service for telling a friend about our site, we ask for the friend's name and email address. We will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to visit the Site.

Cookies, Web Beacons and other Web technologies
At Viewpath we continually strive to simplify and personalize the online experience of our Site. In order to help streamline user interactions with our Site we use web-server generated "Cookies". Cookies are small text flies stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes, such as user-authentication and user-preferences. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or transmit viruses to a user's computer. There are two types of Cookies: session and persistent. Session Cookies exist only during an online session and they disappear from the computer when the browser software is closed or the computer is turned off. Persistent Cookies contain a unique identifier in the browser, and remain on a computer after the browser software is closed and the computer is turned off. We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store passwords or account numbers in persistent cookies.

Users have the ability to accept or decline Cookies. Most web-browsers automatically accept and maintain Cookies, but users can typically modify browser settings to decline Cookies. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our Website but will not be able to login or access features of our Service.

Web pages on our Site may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - which enable Cookies to count user-traffic on those pages. We may also utilize Web Beacons to help evaluate the effectiveness of special offers or newsletters. We may employ Web Beacons from third parties to compile Site statistics. Advertisers on our Site may assign a different Cookie to a user, however the information collected is anonymous and is not connected to our customer's identifiable personal information.

Third-Party Sites
When our Site provides reference links to third party web sites, Viewpath is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the privacy statement of these other web sites to understand their policies.
